Baza - just sitting around

Caelli can attest to the fact that I've been fascinated by the number of park benches around Baza, and their locations. Some are in what I would consider to be good places - parks, plazas (squares), along the main streets. But some have been dumped in "nowhere" positions. As Caelli tells me though, it's about the social, not the physical.

These are lovely places to sit, and all are within walking distance of Casa Caelli.

Parque Luis Cobos

One of the major thoroughfares, Avenida de Jose de Mora has large concrete benches all along its length. There's a second one on the corner over the road

Lots of seating outside the high school. Grass, too, which is a rarity

The gardens are a bit run down, but it's right next to a huge outdoor roofed basketball/soccer court
