On the Bodensee - Konstanz

Sunday's weather forecast was not good - a max of 8 degrees and rain. So I planned a day spent on boats, which are warm and dry. It's about three hours to Konstanz at the other end of the Bodensee.

First stop Wasserburg
Third or fourth stop
Kids' sailing school near Friedrichshafen
Approaching Konstanz

At Konstanz, I went to the aquarium called Sea Life, which I figured would also be warm and dry. Other people obviously thought the same thing, because the queue was incredibly long and not moving. Thankfully, I had an Erlebniskarte, which not only gives me free boat travel, but also gave me free entry to Sea Life AND allowed me to skip the queue. Score! Sea Life photos at the end.

On the way back to the boat, I walked over to the Altstadt for five or ten minutes.

And here are some shots from Sea Life.

This turtle was enormous!!
